Sommelier's recommendation (Matches Made in Haven)
Cabernet Sauvignon Bagueri pairs well with minestrone stews with smoked meat, medium mature cheeses, beefsteaks with pepper sauce and garlic, chateaubriand, steaks à la Florentine, medallions with truffles and venison. We highly recommend medallions with onions in a Cabernet Sauvignon sauce, roasted lamb with rosemary and a chocolate cake with raspberry sauce. If matured in bottles (from 1 to 2 years), Cabernet Sauvignon Bagueri will acquire additional finesses and an even nobler flavour.
